Bulk invoice emails, with a review step built in.

A batch of invoices can require dozens or hundreds of customer-specific emails. NickFlow is designed to assemble invoice pages, prepare attachments, and let your team review the recipient and message before delivery.

What your team can do

01 /

Prepare customer-specific email

Support To and CC fields, multiple addresses, customizable subject and message, and one-invoice-per-attachment preferences.

03 /

Recent email workflow updates

Keep the wording and recipients under control.

Recent NickFlow development builds improve how email defaults and recipient sources are applied before the batch review.

Personal defaults

Company or personal messaging

Choose shared company subject/body defaults or the signed-in user’s personal template for prepared emails.

Recipient sources

Multiple CC sources together

Merge selected SQL/POS, customer-database, PDF-zone, and fixed CC addresses, removing duplicates and addresses already in To.

Current providers

Microsoft 365 and draft files

The current administrator setup supports Microsoft Graph and EML draft-file output. Custom SMTP and Google Workspace/Gmail are coming soon.
